How it works: Your monthly retainer keeps research, strategy, and submissions moving all year — even between awards. If we secure a $50,000 grant, we additionally earn a $5,000 success fee (10%), paid only after the award is confirmed and funds are received. No award, no success fee — the retainer is what funds the ongoing work.
